Adam founded Blackridge Capital Group after starting his career in Michigan real estate, where he built his early track record sourcing and closing off-market transactions before moving fully into commercial acquisitions. He leads the firm's sourcing, underwriting, and acquisitions alongside a partnership group of experienced operators and capital partners.
